Every service follows a detailed checklist. Choose a service to see exactly what’s included in each room.
Kitchen
- Ceiling fans dusted as needed—if reachable
- Outside of fridge cleaned & top dusted if uncluttered
- Mirrors cleaned & streak free
- Windowsills dusted & cleaned
- Door molding dusted & cleaned
- Backsplash cleaned & splatter free
- Exterior of all appliances on counter wiped clean
- Interior & exterior of microwave cleaned, moved & cleaned under
- Counters cleaned—all items removed & replaced, if possible (uncluttered)
- Outside and top of stove cleaned
- Outside of dishwasher cleaned
- Faucet cleaned—top, under handle, sides, around caulking
- Sink scrubbed & washed—if dishes are not present
- Kitchen table dusted & cleaned
- Kitchen chairs/ bar stools dusted & cleaned
- Baseboards dusted & cleaned where reachable
- Garbage emptied & bag replaced
- Exterior of garbage can wiped down
- Floors vacuumed / swept / washed —walk-in closet floors vacuumed, if clear
- Overall room appearance neat & tidy
Bathrooms
- Exterior of light fixtures dusted—if reachable
- Mirrors cleaned & streak free
- Exterior of medicine cabinet dusted & cleaned
- Backsplash cleaned & splatter free
- Soap dish cleaned
- Toothbrush holder cleaned
- Vanity top cleaned—items removed & replaced
- Faucet cleaned—top, under handle, sides, around caulking
- Sink scrubbed & washed
- Cabinet fronts spot cleaned
- Door molding dusted & cleaned
- Toilet scrubbed & washed
- Tub & shower area scrubbed & washed (including shower/tub glass door)
- Baseboards dusted & cleaned where reachable
- Garbage emptied & bag replaced
- Exterior of garbage can wiped down
- Floors washed
- Overall room appearance neat
Bedrooms
- Ceiling fans dusted as needed—if reachable
- Mirrors cleaned & streak free
- Wall paintings dusted & cleaned
- Windowsills dusted & cleaned
- Door molding dusted & cleaned
- Furniture dusted & cleaned
- Baseboards dusted & cleaned where reachable
- Bed made & changed (extra change, fresh linens are to be provided)
- Floors vacuumed / swept and washed —walk-in closet floors vacuumed, if clear

Hallways & Common Areas

Safety Checklist
- Stove/ Oven is off
- Toilets not running
- All faucets are off
- Windows are left as found

Deep Clean Cleaning Checklist
- Interior and Exterior of Kitchen Cabinets
- Kitchen Cabinets shelves cleaned (everything removed and put back)
- All doors handles and light switches cleaned
- Moldings dusted and cleaned – if reachable
- Furniture moved (if possible) – cleaning done under and behind
- Cleaning of bathroom vanity and medicine cabinet
- Back of toilet and drain
- Removal of grime on bathroom tile/tub
