A 15 to 20 minute call to learn your home, your priorities, your pets and any rooms to skip. Organizing starts with an in-home visit.

We arrive with every supply and piece of equipment, or use your favourite products if you prefer. You get a text when we’re on our way.

What’s the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?
A deep clean is a detailed, every-nook-and-cranny clean that includes baseboards and typically the inside of appliances and windows. We start every new client with one, to bring the home up to our standard.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. We bring everything needed to do the job. If there are products you love and would like us to use, we’re happy to.
Will it be the same cleaner each visit?
Whenever possible, we keep the same cleaner or team on your home for consistency. If a change is needed, we’ll tell you clearly in advance.
How many cleaners will come to my home?
It depends on the size of the home and the service. Most cleanings are done by one or two cleaners, so the work is efficient without feeling rushed.
How do you handle pets?
We love pets and are happy to clean homes with them. If yours may be anxious or curious around new people or loud noises, we just ask that they’re secured while we clean.
How do you keep me informed?
You get an email confirmation with the full scope, date, time and price, then text reminders, an on-our-way notice, and updates when we start and finish.
