Yes. While both are detailed services, move-in / move-out cleaning is designed specifically for empty or transitioning homes and focuses on preparing the space for new occupants or meeting move-out expectations.

No. Many move-in / move-out cleanings are completed while the home is vacant. As long as we have access, you do not need to be present.

The deposit is always the landlord’s call, so we can’t promise it, but if your lease or move-out checklist spells out what has to be cleaned, share it with us before the visit and we’ll work from it.
